Hey all, it's been awhile since i updated this thing. So yeah, here goes.
For starters, Haney is still jobless, kinda sucks yes, but i do have plenty of time to focus on school related issues. So, it kinda evens out.
Currently, i think i'm passing all three classes with decent grades. Havn't had any latework, practically have aced at least my math quizzes. All three of my computer class tests have come back with respectible B's. I'm cool with that. English 101 i have turned in every essay due to date, not late. Barring a grade slip on my fourth essay, each essay has progressed one grade level each time. First essay was a C-, then second was a B, then third was an A-. Awesome.
Oh, even though its been awhile, i did receive my full financial aid rebate check. A considerable portion of that went to investing in a laptop for school/play/etc. So yeah, Haney now has a laptop with is sweet! ^^
While i havn't spent the entire check yet, i am afraid that i may exhaust whats left of it before years end. ): That would leave me utterly broke once more, no bueno.
However, i know i will at least be using $40-$45 of whats left for an anime dvd. Sgt Frog Season One Volume Two is set to release November 24th. WOOT!
*I have the first volume so i am STOKED about it.^^*
In other anime news, i found a deal i could not refuse to pass up yesterday. Disc Replay located in scenic Moline (By Lowe's and Wal-Mart) had an anime (in COMPLETE full season form) that normally would sell for $35 at Best Buy, found it there for only 12 bucks! Haney now has. ^__^ The anime in case anyone has heard of it is Love Hina. Very good show, main character i can somewhat relate to. So thats all good.
In gaming news, picked up the newest Halo game, Halo 3: ODST on September 22nd. Very good campaign expansion, and might just be only game i will have purchased for the rest of the year. *Shocker, i know.*
Well to wrap this update up, to sum up my life at current moment. Despite not being employed, things are looking up. I am having a feeling that things are going to get better by years end. ;D I cant say why, but i just got this feeling its gonna be.
Well, im off to watch some anime, do some homework. Yanno, enjoy life. ^^
